Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition with all tags intact
- Be returned in original packaging
Products with any signs of use, including stains, perfume/deodorant scent, body odour, or damage, will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Discounted or sale items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items purchased during exhibitions or special events
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details within the return window
- Customers may be required to ship the product to our designated address, and return courier charges to be borne by Customer only.
Returns are subject to approval after verification.
Quality Check
All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Puja Thakur Narain reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer monetary refunds.
- Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit only.
- Store Credit will be issued after successful quality inspection.
Store Credit:
- Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- Can be used only on purchases from Puja Thakur Narain
- Cannot be transferred or encashed
Exchange Policy
- Direct exchanges are not available
- Customers may return the product (if eligible) and use Store Credit to place a new order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns
- Cancellations will be processed in the form of Store Credit only
Important Notes
- A product is eligible for return only once
- Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
